Bodywise Health & Performance is not a Gym, we are a bespoke, fully integrated, Health and Performance Centre dedicated to helping you achieve Optimal Physical Health and Optimal Mental Health.

Our approach is science-led and results-driven, combining expert Fitness Programming with Personalised Nutrition and Clinical Health Insight, while continuously monitoring, testing, and analysing how your body responds and adapts. This ensures your progress is measurable, sustainable, and tailored specifically to you.

BodyZone Performance Studio

Our BodyZone Performance Studio is where you will improve your Aerobic Fitness, Strength, Flexibility and Confidence. Through structured small-group Personal Training sessions, you’ll benefit from expert coaching in a supportive, focused environment.

Bodywise Health Clinic

Our Bodywise Health Clinic complements your BodyZone Training by providing Personalised Nutrition, supported by Complete Health Assessment via various Blood Tests, Metabolic and Hormonal Health Checks, and addressing any general Wellbeing concerns.

By integrating Performance Training with Clinical Health support, we create a truly comprehensive pathway to empowering you to life changing Optimal Health.

Our founder, Stuart, brings over 30 years of experience in the Health and Performance industry. He spent 20 years working in Professional Football as a Performance Manager, Exercise Physiologist, Nutrition Consultant and Physiotherapist across the Premier League, Championship, Leagues One and Two, and Major League Soccer.

Working alongside elite athletes and leading consultants has shaped a depth of expertise that now underpins everything we do at Bodywise Health & Performance.

PERFORMANCE

Our BodyZone Personal Training Studio provides a safe, supportive, effective, and non-judgemental environment where you can exercise with confidence, with our our highly qualified and experienced coaches, regardless of age or current fitness level.

Our expert coaches will guide and support you through a 25min Small Group HIIT session, adapting exercises where necessary to Personalise it for you
